四、实习收获与体会
经过了三个月的实习,收获颇丰,在此简单的说一下吧
- 实习的必要性
校园里现在普遍存在的现象,是教授知识落后,与产业链脱节,我们工业设计专业还算好的,特别是在IT和一些基础学科,不仅仅学习的知识要落后社会,而且更加可悲的是,找不到学习的重点,无法为社会提供对口人才,毕业之后,无数人迷茫而不知所以,不知道自己要干什么,或者去考公务员之流,都是大学教育可悲的一件事情,如果能够在大学期间提供有意义的实习,告诉学生要学什么,将来干什么,而不是拉去拔草或者去富士康那种地方充当廉价劳动力,恐怕学校的毕业生无论是在找工作,还是将来从事本职专业上,都能更近一步,减少迷茫,恐怕这样也不用去每次在毕业生的就业率上遮遮掩掩,搞那些全社会都知道就是不愿意捅破的窗户纸。
